Terms and Conditions

  1. See delivery section for up-to-date shipping charges.
  2. Returned or represented cheques will be charged at £20 per representation
  3. Payment of invoices shall be made in full within the terms prevailing on the date of sale. The Seller reserves the right to charge interest on overdue accounts at the rate of 5% overthe bank's base rate.
  4. The seller reserves the right to alter the amount of credit allowed to the buyer either up or down, as business situations change.
  5. First orders will be on a PRO-FORMA basis and thereafter credit accounts can be arranged, subject to satisfactory credit checks.
  6. Printed or embroidered garments cannot be returned under any circumstances. Please check sizes and quality carefully beforehand.
  7. Faulty goods must be returned within one week of supply with the fault clearly indicated without defacing the garment.
  8. Samples must be returned within 1 week of supply in original packaging, otherwise they will be charged.
  9. Returns will not be accepted without prior notice to our Sales Office and a valid reason given within seven days of receiving the order.
  10. Claims arising from shortages or damage must be made within 3 days of receipt. Claims for non-deiivery must be made within 10 days of dispatch.
  11. We may choose to send the customer proofs of design work. If we do, we will require confirmation of proof before we proceed with your order, and delivery times will vary accordingly.  By accepting confirmation of proofs the customer accepts all legal responsibility for any errors present within the design and will be liable for any costs incurred in correcting such mistakes after the proof has been approved.
  12.  Please note Embroidery and Heat seal takes between 7 and 10 working days.
  13.  Exchanges for non logod items must be made within 14days of supply.
