DELIVERY & RETURNS

Delivery is FREE for orders of £60 and over.  Orders under this amount are charged at £10.00.  We use our own fleet of delivery vehicles and Interlink Express as our preferred national courier.

Designated Collection Points

The standard free collection point is JW Brown Trade Counter at Shewalton Road Irvine. However, some schoolwear, workwear or club items will be delivered to the organisation premises. See the appropriate shop page for details.

ALL ORDERS MUST BE SIGNED FOR ON DELIVERY, WITHOUT THIS WE CANNOT LEAVE ITEMS.

Items without personlisation can average approx 3 working days for delivery.

Decorated garments can be an average of 7-10 working days from artwork approval and order sign off. If you require a quicker turnaround, please contact us on 01294 313863, we will endeavour to meet your deadline.


Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns Eligibility

You may return items within 14 days of delivery provided that:

  • Items are unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • All original tags and packaging are intact

  • Items are in resalable condition

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless faulty:

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance

  • Customised or personalised workwear

  • PPE items (where applicable)

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size or colour, subject to stock availability. If your preferred item is unavailable, a refund will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer service team at  with your order number

  2. We’ll provide return instructions

  3. Securely package the item and send it back to us

Please ensure returned items are adequately packaged to avoid damage in transit.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.
